Our last night in Vegas as we fly out tomorrow and we both cannot wait to get home to see our family and cats. Overall I did not like Vegas. Part of that is due to the fact that I don’t drink and rarely gamble which is a big part of the Vegas atmosphere. I think I can have a better time next time we come here if we have a good plan on what we want to do and actually have the money to do it. There are a lot of shows I want to see but some of them are pretty spendy not to mention that food here is ridiculously priced. The good includes all of the beautiful sites to see and shows you can attend. The bad is the cost of everything particularly the food though the Fashion Mall had the best deals we came across with Freemont Street not too bad either. The ugly is without a doubt the solicitors. Men and women on every corner with either nude girl cards or “free” coupons for shows and restaurants. Those free coupons are always a scam and I found that nothing is free in Vegas. From some of the other people we had interactions with it seems the Hotel Casinos used to give many complimentary tickets to shows and restaurants to guests but that is a thing of the past unless you are a high roller.
Will I come back to Las Vegas? Probably someday but only after I have been to all of the other places I want to go. Enjoy all of the pictures I was able to take.
